🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Final-year students or recent graduates from relevant courses (B.E/B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Arch, B.Com, MBA, etc.)

• Passion for learning and strong academic standing

• Commitment for a minimum duration of 20-24 weeks

• Familiarity with relevant tools and software will be an added advantage

📘 Internship Guidelines & Expectations

1. Internship Duration & Working Hours

   • Duration: 6 to 12 weeks

   • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

2. Code of Conduct

   • Interns are expected to maintain professionalism and integrity.

   • Misconduct or violation of policies may lead to immediate termination.

3. Confidentiality

   • Interns must sign an NDA and are expected to keep all company information strictly confidential.

4. Performance Monitoring

   • Interns will be mentored and evaluated by senior team members.

   • Task ownership, punctuality, creativity, and collaboration will be key performance metrics.

5. Stipend

   • Stipend (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of selection.

   • Some internships may be unpaid depending on the department.

 

🏅 Certification & Ratings

All interns who complete their tenure successfully will receive a Certificate of Internship. Based on performance, interns will be rated as follows:

• 🥇 Outstanding Performer – Demonstrated exceptional initiative, technical skill, and innovation

• 🥈 Excellent Contributor – Consistently met all goals and added value to the team

• 🥉 Satisfactory Completion – Fulfilled responsibilities with good discipline and learning attitude

• ⚠️ Certificate of Participation Only – Issued to interns with basic attendance but minimal contribution

• ❌ No Certificate – Issued in case of misconduct or early exit without valid reason

These ratings will reflect on the certificate and may influence future placement or full-time hiring decisions.
